Terms and Conditions of Entry
Exhibitors are required to read and agree to the conditions of entry.
Online Exhibition
The 2021 Laguna P&C Art Show will be conducted entirely online. Each artist is invited to submit ONE piece for entry. Sales will be via the sales website and promotion will occur via our social media channels.

Entry Forms

Please let us know on the Entry Form, by Friday 6th August 2019, if you intend to exhibit.

Entries will only be accepted via the online portal with all details included so that payment for sold work is not delayed or withheld.

Each entry must be the original work of the artist and must not have been previously exhibited at a Laguna Art Exhibition. Please note that this year the entry fee of $30 is for 1 work. $1 from this entry fee is your Laguna Public School P&C membership.

Commission

A commission of 25% will be deducted from all works sold.

Selling Artists will be paid by direct deposit by the end of September 2021; PLEASE COMPLETE BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE
INFORMATION CORRECTLY WILL LEAD TO A DELAY IN PAYMENT.

The Art Exhibition Committee accepts artworks as donations for which Laguna P&C gratefully receive 100% of the sale price. No entry fee is required for donated works.
Framing and Presentation

For the safety of your artwork all artwork should be properly strung and ready to hang.

It is in your best interest to ensure the proper and safe stringing of your work.

In the event of a sale, each entry should have the artist’s name, title of work and sell price securely attached to the back of the work (see the template to be attached to
each art work)

Insurance
Insurance of artworks is the sole responsibility of the artist. This insurance responsibility includes the time sold artworks are stored at the Roadside Gallery. All care is taken in terms of secure and safe storage, but all artists must have their own insurance and no liability will be accepted by Laguna P&C or the Roadside Gallery for any loss or damage.

Delivery of SOLD Artwork
We will contact you when your work sells. ONLY Sold artwork is to be delivered to the Roadside Gallery at 2864 Wollombi Rd Wollombi (ph 0423 376 804) by 3pm
Monday 20th August. Any artwork that is by an artist who is unable to leave their area under covid restrictions, must be delivered to the Roadside gallery as soon as restrictions make it possible. Alternately artists from areas under covid stay at home orders may choose to courier their works directly to the buyer, with all costs to be borne by the artist.

Display of Artworks online
Any artwork may be excluded from display at the art exhibition at the sole discretion of the Art Exhibition Committee, without prior notification to the artist.
Given the large volume of works, the manner in which the Artwork is displayed within the Online Exhibition is entirely at the discretion of the Art Exhibition Committee.

Social Media
Only business pages promoting artists and their work will be promoted and tagged in thepost. No promotion of other businesses including but not limited to retail stores or galleries. We reserve the right to crop the images provided to ensure appropriate presentation on the Laguna Art Show page.

Care and Responsibility
The Laguna P&C Association will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any artwork that is part of the exhibition, including any sold work stored at the Roadside
Gallery.

Emerging Artists Award
This year Ken and Antoinette Maurer have kindly donated $500 for an Emerging Artist Award. You are eligible for this award if you have never had a solo exhibition in a commercial gallery. Please indicate eligibility on the form. The Award is selected by the Hanging Team Coordinator and will be announced at the Opening.
